The hotel has an amazing location, with impeccably clean rooms. However, the room was a bit cramped for three people and lacked towels. The hotel is in a very convenient location with plenty of dining options nearby and just a short walk from Kings Cross metro station. The rooms, while compact, are always kept very clean, but I did have to request extra towels as only one was initially provided. The service was overall very nice and helpful, especially Dom who went out of the way to assist us, although there was a slight issue with the bond refund timing. My stay at the hotel was simply delightful! The staff members were incredibly charming and went above and beyond to assist me throughout my entire visit. The room, though lacking a dedicated area for my laptop, was impeccably clean with beautiful decor and fantastic amenities.
